Best Little Aussies is located in Stephenville & Granbury TX and proudly serves families across Texas including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston.
About Our Program
Best Little Aussies is a non-commercial, purpose-driven breeding program focused on the preservation and improvement of the Toy & Miniature Australian Shepherd (Miniature American Shepherd) through conformation showing and working ability. Our dogs are evaluated in recognized venues, and breeding decisions are made with careful attention to structure, temperament, health, and breed standard. Puppies are chosen for our program first, those not retained are offered to families as pets and prospects. Please note that puppies are priced as companions- breeding rights/full registraion are an addtional fee.

Born August 14, 2026, Moose and Diamond welcomed two gorgeous red babies:

We expect these two to mature as Toy Aussies under 14″ and approximately 12–16 lbs.
This is a pairing packed with some of our favorite, proven lines. Diamond is a beautiful 12″, 13 lb blue-eyed girl from CH Ranger × CH Ruby. CH Moose is a Slugger × Seeker son, with Seeker coming from Chrome × Oakley—bringing together generations of dogs we know and love behind these babies.
We’re especially excited about the potential in this cross for beautiful breed type, great coats, correct structure, and the wonderful Aussie temperament we work so hard to preserve in a smaller Toy package.
With only two puppies in this hand, the odds were definitely in our favor. 😉 We can’t wait to watch these two develop!
